Many students and individuals get overwhelmed by the idea that interviews are there to trip you up. This negative view can often be the reason why interview performance is not to the desired standard. Our 16+ Interview Skills sessions aim to build on confidence and effectively communicate positive attributes. The intention is to provide students with helpful advice to apply to various interview situations.

Interviewers are extremely skilled and perceptive individuals with years of experience in identifying students strengths and weaknesses, and are unlikely to be easily manipulated. Thus a candidate who learns to confidently give an honest and open account of themselves puts themselves in the best position gain a place in their preferred school

These sessions will focus on soft skill development and how to structure answers effectively, so that when you enter an interview situation, less stress is felt, allowing for a smoother and more positive experience.
